Custom Virtual Interior Design- 1 room, under 400 sq ft.

Step 1: You will fill out a questionnaire and send photos of your space, budget, existing items, and your style.

Step 2:  I will deliver two moodboards to choose direction for the design with room images and actual products.

Step 3: You will receive two additional boards of actual furniture options and give item feedback on the two boards and let me know any pieces you like or dislike. 

Step 4: You will receive a final board of actual products for your space, along with one 2d rendered view of your space, a shopping list with links, and a floorplan to scale.

One minor revision to this step is included in the price.  If products go out of stock, I can provide alternative options for up to 30 days after step 4 completion.

Step 5: You can begin putting together your space!

For full room designs with little to no major existing pieces, please note a budget of at least $3,000-5000 for furnishings and decor is highly recommended.


ADD ONs:

Phone/zoom only (just want advice on design): $100 (up to 60 minutes plus follow up email and recording option if requested)

Phone/zoom consultation with purchase of package: $60 (up to 45 min)

Second view 2d rendering: $120

Additional revisions to renderings: $75 each

Moodboard redos: $50 each

Single product option moodboard (ie. to see up to 10 sofa options for your space): $50 each

Alternate product options for out of stock items after 30 days: $10 each

TERMS OF PURCHASE: Client must respond to each phase within 1 week.  

Clients may place a design process on hold for a fee of $10/week to account for Designer's continuous time longer term on the project.  This may be retroactively applied within one month of most recent phase delivered.  

If Designer does not receive response/feedback to a stage of the process within 10 days from delivery, the room project will be closed additional purchases ala carte (second rendering prices, etc) will be required to finish the project.  

Client agrees to these terms by purchasing the project and will let designer know when they would like to start based on this!  

However, any hold or delay due to Designer's schedule shall not incur any penalty or hold fees, and Designer will always inform client of expected timing for next phase.  Client should inform designer upon purchase of any deadlines they wish to meet for their design, as Designer will inform client of any busy times when she may be travelling or for any reason will not be able to deliver phases.

Please note that unless otherwise agreed upon, phases will be delivered within 5-10 days of response to previous phase.  If a timeline faster than 3 days between phases is desired, a rush fee of $30 may apply!
